 Having recently moved to the area with four cats, we investigated a few pet-sitters that advertised locally. MudiPaws responded quickly and came to our house for a site survey and discussion of conditions. We were impressed with the professionalism, politeness and understanding of our needs that Tracey showed. All conceivable possible issues and costs were covered in a questionnaire, so that no doubt existed on either side of the procedure to be followed in our absence. She was especially concerned to be precise about medication to be given with the food. Tracey also took the time to become acquainted with our pets, one of which was originally feral and therefore challenging to handle and another is 22 years old and completely deaf.
We like the flexibility that MudiPaws has shown during the past year. Longer-term scheduling has proven easy, by email, phone or text message, as has sometimes very short-term scheduling. On the one or two occasions when MudiPaws was unavailable, this was made plain early on so that other arrangements could be made.
We also like the total reliability that MudiPaws has demonstrated, as well as the obvious affinity Tracey has with our cats. They quickly came to know and trust her (well, she does know how to open tins, so of course they like her). Tracey leaves a small note after every visit documenting anything unusual as well as normal feeding events. Tracey has also made sure that remains of feeding times are washed and cleared away promptly, that cat litter trays have their contents renewed when required, and -- magically -- there is an absence of cat litter grains across the floor when we get back home, due presumably to the vacuum machine fairy.

In summary, we have been fortunate to find a reliable, flexible, affordable and sensitive company that takes care of all our pet-sitting needs in a most professional manner. We would definitely recommend MudiPaws to anyone with similar pet-sitting requirements.
